Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Aidmed Care, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund:
Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process:
Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
